We are proud to say that due to the immense dedication and hard work from all the staff here, Balfour Nursery has been one of the few nurseries in Redbridge to remain open for the children of key workers and vulnerable children throughout COVID – 19. During these unprecedented times, all the staff at Balfour Nursery have made a huge effort to ensure the safety of the children is met at all times as well as ensuring the nursery feels as normal as possible for the children still attending.
This would not have been possible if it were not for our dedicated staff, who have worked tirelessly to ensure the nursery has remained safe and the children were kept shielded during these uncertain times. We thoroughly appreciate all the hard work and commitment from our staff.
The safety of our children is always at the forefront of everything we do, and it is for that reason that our practitioners have been reinforcing the slogan “catch it, bin it, kill it” every day to highlight to the children the importance of washing their hands.
Hygiene has always been an area we have excelled in. We are pleased to say that during the coronavirus our contracted cleaners have done an excellent job in maintaining a hygienic and clean environment and they continue to do so.
Balfour Nursery reopened to all children on Wednesday 17th June. For returning parents, please contact the nursery either via email or telephone to organise your child’s return. For prospective parents, please feel free to contact the nursery via our website (booking form) or by telephone to enquire about enrolling your child.
